All uploaded files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 5 minutes. We do not permanently store, access, or share your files. You are responsible for downloading your converted files before they are deleted.

We strive to keep ConvertTheFiles available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConvertTheFiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from the use of our services. Always keep backup copies of your original files.

The ConvertTheFiles brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The tools and underlying code are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our service without permission.

We display advertisements through Google AdSense to support our free service. By using ConvertTheFiles, you agree to the display of these advertisements.
